CNN’s Don Lemon pointed to O’Rourke’s LGBTQ plan: “This is what you write. ‘Freedom of religion is a fundamental right but it should not be used to discriminate.’ Do you think religious institutions like colleges, churches, charities, should they lose their tax exempt status if they oppose same sex marriage?”

Cory Booker quotes this Old Testament Bible verse to defend LGBTQ rights. 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Cory Booker (D-NJ) says he has had to deal with people “using religion as a justification for discrimination” all of his life, and goes on to cite a verse in the Bible to support his idea that religion and LGBTQ rights can coexist.

Virginia Teacher Fired For Misgendering Transgender Student Is Suing Former School
Peter Vlaming, who taught French at West Point High School, said he “could not violate his conscience” by using pronouns aligning with the student’s gender identity. A Virginia teacher who was fired last year after refusing to use a pronouns that aligned with a transgender student’s gender identity believes he was a victim of discrimination because of his religious faith.

Peter Vlaming is seeking $1 million in damages from the West Point School Board in West Point, Virginia, according to a lawsuit filed Monday. Vlaming, who taught French at West Point High School for nearly seven years, alleged in his suit that he “could not violate his conscience” by using “he, him, his” when referencing a ninth grade transgender student.

NJ man allegedly threatened farmers who denied him sex with animals. Farmers kept refusing to let him have sex with their animals. So he sought revenge, authorities say. A New Jersey man was arrested for asking local farmers permission to have sex with their animals — and then threatening the farmers and damaging their cars when they refused, a report said.

Richard Decker, 31, began sending the messages to Sussex County farms and horse stables in 2018, asking the animal caregivers if he could have sex with their cows and horses, the New Jersey Herald reported.
